Nature by Dawn, Inc. was started in 2006 by Dawn Ross. Dawn wanted to build a website for her artwork and found that building and running a website was so much fun that she built other websites (including Pet Auto Safety.com and Pet Auto Safety Blog.com). Dawn is an avid animal lover so all the websites owned under Nature by Dawn, Inc. are animal-related.
Dawn Ross has been around animals all her life. Her mother owned dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and more. Dawn’s first and very own dog was a Shetland Sheepdog name Cassie. Cassie was given up by her owner and given to Dawn’s mother. But Cassie chose Dawn to be her owner. Dawn and Cassie were inseparable for many years until Cassie’s death at age 13 in 1996.
Over the course of Dawn’s life, she has worked at an animal shelter, a boarding kennel, and a veterinary office. She has also volunteered to help take care of injured wild animals, volunteered at humane societies, and is currently working on her dog training certification with the Animal Behavior College.
Michelle, who works for Nature by Dawn, Inc. is also a great dog-lover. She has also been around dogs all her life. Michelle specializes in customer and business relations, but she makes plenty of time in her life for her dogs.
